During the first wave of the Covid-19 pandemic, Greece has timely taken all necessary measures that effectively slowed down its spread in the country.

 

The government plan for dealing with the disease’s new surge is assessed and updated on the basis of the daily epidemiological data. Greek authorities ask people to maintain a physical distance from others as best they can. The use of a face mask is obligatory on public transport means, taxis, elevators, hospitals, when visiting government services buildings, in shops and other commercial establishments. People should also avoid overcrowding at all times, in indoor as well as in outdoor spaces.

Twenty four hours before entering Greece, visitors will have to fill in a Passenger Locator Form (PLF) where they will provide their address in the country and other details. Targeted and random testing may take place in entrance checkpoints, in order to aid the epidemiological research.

Onboard we comply with all the measures needed to protect you & ourselves from Covid. You will find antiseptic wipes & liquid among your amenities. Before you come the boat will be cleaned and sterilised with steam and special cleaners used. All sheets & towels are washed over 90 degrees and ironed. Crew will be tested for covid before your arrival.

With that said we state that all deposit given will be returned in case of any cancellation due to the pandemic. Even a few days before embarkation. Of course you will always have the option of rescheduling the cruise later in the summer or for the next season. Greece will open the gates again this summer and we will be a safe destination following all the strict lockdowns we had during the year.
